The club's Board of Management, elected annually at the AGM, is the controlling body of the club subject only to the direction of members at general meetings. The Board meets once a month (on the second Monday).
The annual general meeting and election of office bearers is held in February each year.For the purposes of management of the game of bowls, the club is divided into two sections –
